Order Confirmation

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details, specifications, dimensions, configurations, and order information before confirming a purchase. Once an order has been accepted and processing has begun, modifications may be limited.

Cancellations

Orders that have entered manufacturing, customization, preparation, or delivery stages may be subject to cancellation fees or may not be eligible for cancellation.

Returns

Due to the size, nature, and custom specifications of many modular homes, returns may not always be possible once production or delivery arrangements have been completed.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers should inspect their modular home upon delivery. If a product arrives with visible transport-related damage or if an incorrect item is delivered, customers should notify us promptly and provide photographs or supporting information where possible.

We will review each case and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Custom-built or specially configured products

  • Orders already in production

  • Products altered after delivery

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
